PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. THANK YOU!

  • 24 hour cancellation notice is required, less than 24 hours and you will be responsible for 50% of your appointment cost. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • NO-SHOW will be responsible for 100% of missed appointment cost before being able to rebook.

  • NEW CLIENTS- BOOK A CONSULTATION FIRST! Also, if its been over 6 months since you received any hair service from Hair Stori Studios, you are also considered a new client and must book a consultation first.

RESCHEDULING

  • An appointment is subject to rescheduling if you are 15 min late due to the possible scheduling conflict for the next client.

  • Please pay attention to your courtesy reminder notifications.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Acceptable forms of payment- CREDIT/DEBIT

  • CASH/SENIORS OVER 65= 15% DISCOUNT
